ORDERING
How will tax be calculated in my order?
Within the US, sales tax will be charged in California.
For international customers, (outside the US) all local, state and national taxes are the full responsibility of the customer.
 
Excited about my purchase! How do I check the order status?
Once you create an account with SAURI, you can login at any time to check the status of your order. 
To log into your account, go to the homepage and click the icon in the top right hand corner. You will be prompted to enter your username and password. If you have misplaced your password, click on the forgotten password link.
On the account information and order history page, you will be able to review your order and its current fulfillment status. If you have any questions contact us at INFO@SHOPSAURI.
 
What time does my order have to be submitted by in order to ship out today?
All orders must be submitted by 5:00pm PST in order to ship the same day. If the order is placed after 5:00pm PST, it will likely ship out the next business day.
 
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
 
When is the amount charged to my credit card?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as you confirm the order. 
 
Are my credit card details and personal information safe?
All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. Where do we ship?
We ship within the continental US, US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, which requires additional time for delivery and may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight and size.
 
How long does delivery take?
Your order should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days following order confirmation.
 
How can I track my package?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with the delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or by going to your SAURI account.
It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated.
 
Help! I think my package is lost.
Packages are rarely lost. However, if a parcel does not arrive please contact customer service to file a lost package report.

Do you pay for duties and taxes?

For international customers, (outside the US) all local, state and national taxes are the full responsibility of the customer.

We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or any other taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

Based on past experience, what price range of an order will it lessen the chance to be taxed?

Customs policies vary by country. While in some countries packages with a higher value are more likely to incur fees, we are not able to confirm at what value.

If you have questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.

Help! I think my package is lost.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
 
Do you accept return items?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will help you. Items purchased from Are You Am I are eligible for a full refund if returned within 90 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are accepted up to 90 days after receiving your order. A small number of discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund or exchange.
 
What conditions are acceptable for returns?
Are You Am I will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

Do WE offer price adjustments?

If you have recently purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a price adjustment if the original date of shipment was within 24 hours of the sale offering. All credits will be applied in US dollars and your credit card company will calculate the current exchange rate automatically. We do not offer price adjustments on shipping charges at this time.

 

What steps do I need to do an exchange?

It is strongly recommended that you contact our customer service team to get step-by-step instructions.

All of our clothing is designed, produced and manufactured in Los Angeles, California.
